Raspberry Limoncello Martini

Ingredients:
1.5oz vodka
1.5oz Limoncello
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz Fresh lemon juice
6 Raspberries

Steps:
1、Add raspberries and muddle
2、Pour vodka, limoncello, cointreau and lemon juice into shaker
3、Shake with ice
4、Fine strain the liquid into glass
5、Garnish with a lemon slice


 

 

Blackberriy & Rosemary Margarita

Ingredients:
▪Tequila 45ml
▪Cointreau 22ml
▪Fresh Lime Juice 22ml
▪Maple Syrup 15ml
▪Half Sugar Rim
▪Blackberries
▪Rosemary


Steps:
1、Add blackberries and rosemary into shaker, muddle
2、Pour tequila, cointreau, maple syrup and lime juice into shaker
3、Shake with ice
4、Half rim the glass with suagr
5、Fill the glass with ice cubes
6、Fine strain the liquid into glass
7、Garnish with a spring of rosemary

 

 

Gin Sunrise Cocktail

Ingredients:
2oz gin
1.5oz orange juice
0.75oz of half a lemon
0.5oz grenadine
Soda water to top off
Ice
Orange wheel to garnish


Steps:
1、Pour in gin, orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine
2、Shake with ice
3、Strain to glass filled with ice
4、Top with soda water
5、Garnish with orange wheel

 

 

Apple Cider Margarita

Ingredients:
Ice
4oz Tequila
5oz Apple Cider
1oz Lime Juice
Cinnamon Syrup
Cinnamon Powder
Granulated Sugar
Apple
Dry Myosotis

Steps:
1、Pour tequila, apple cider, lime juice and cinnamon syrup into shaker tin.
2、Add dash of cinnamon powder and granulated sugar.
3、Add ice cubes and shake.
4、Rim glass with syrup and cinnamon sugar.
5、Strain into glass.
6、Garnish with apple slice and dry Myosotis.

 

 

Apple Cinnamon Spritz

Ingredients:
3oz Apple Cider
0.5oz Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Syrup
4oz Champagne
Club Soda
Ice Cubes

Steps:
1、Add ice cubes into glass.
2、Add 0.5 ounces of the cinnamon syrup to the glass.
3、Pour in 3 ounces of apple cider.
4、Top off the glass with 4 ounces of champagne.
5、Top with club soda.
6、Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
7、Garnish with apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

 

 

New York Grapefruit Sour

Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 simple syrup
- 1 oz red wine
- Grapefruit wedge to garnish
- Ice cubes

Steps:
1、Add gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and syrup in shaker
2、Add ice and shake to mix up
3、Strain into glass
4、Top with red wine

Ingredients:
2 oz Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 Egg White

Steps:
1、Add all ingredients in shaker
2、Dry shake, then add ice and wet shake
3、Strain into glass

 

 

Bourbon Flip

Ingredients:
* 2 oz bourbon whisky
* 1 whole egg
* 1 oz simple syrup
* 1 teaspoon coconut cream (optional)
* A pinch cinnamon powder (to garnish)
* Ice cubes

Steps:
1、Add bourbon whisky, egg, simple syrup and coconut cream into shaker
2、Dry shake
3、Add ice and wet shake
4、Strain into glass
5、Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder

 

 

Pear Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:
Aperol 2oz
Pear Juice 1.5oz
Sparking Wine 3oz
Sparking Water 1oz
Cinnamon

Steps:
1、Pour aperol and pear juice into shaker
2、Sprinkle some cinnamon
3、Shake with ice
4、Put a slice of pear in the glass, add some ice cubes
5、Rim glass with pear and cinnamon sugar
6、Strainer the liquid into glass
7、Top with sparking wine and sparking water
8、Garnish with anise and cinnamon

 

 

Aperol & Grapefruit Sour

Ingredients:
* 2 oz Aperol
* 1 oz Gin
* 0.75 oz Lime Juice
* 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
* 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
* Egg White
* Ice Cubes

Steps:
1、Pour all the ingredients into shaker
2、Shake without ice for 30s
3、Add ice and shake for 30s
4、Strain into serving glass

 

 

Buleberry Coconut Refresher

Ingredients:
Blueberries
1oz Simple Syrup
2oz Vodka
1.5 oz Lemonade
2oz Coconut Cream
Ice

Steps:
1、Crush 5-6 fresh blueberries with simple syrup.
2、Pour lemonade and coconut cream into shaker, add ice.
3、Shake and strain.
4、Serve with ice and mint leaves.

 

 

Pom Thumb

Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- Ice

Steps:
1、Add the first 3 ingredients into shaker
2、Shake with ice

Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1/2 oz red wine

Steps:
1、Add the first 4 ingredients into shaker
2、Shake with ice

4、Top with red wine
5、Garnish with cherry and lemon peel

 

 

Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients:
Tequila 2oz
Cointreau 1oz
Lime Juice 3/4oz
Simple Syrup 3/4oz
Cucumber Slices

Steps:
1、Muddle cucumber and syrup
2、Add tequila, cointreau and lime juice
3、Shaker with ice
4、Strain to glass with Tajin rim
5、Garnish with a cucumber ribbon

Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
¾ oz Aperol
2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ Agave Syrup
Pinch of Salt

Steps:
1、Shaker the first 4 ingredients with ice in a shaker
2、Strain to glass with ice

20ml Vodka
15ml Gin

15ml Blue curacao

1、Add all ingredients except sprite into shaker
2、Add ice and shake to mix up
3、Strain to galss with ice
4、Top with sprite
5、Garnish with lemon slice and flower

 

 

Banana Pineapple Colada

Ingredients:
2 oz rum
2 oz coconut milk
1 oz lemon juice
4~6 pineapple chunks
1 banana
ice
grenadine syrup

Steps:
1、Muddle pineapple and banana into puree
2、Add ice, rum, coconut milk and lemon juice into the puree
3、Pour into blender
4、Splash of grenadine in glass
5、Pour the blended cocktail into glass

 

 

Green Screwdriver

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Blue Curaçao
3 oz Sprite
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Orange Juice

Steps:
1. Add blue curacao into galss filled with ice
2. Pour sprite into glass
3. Mix vodka and orange juice up, then pour into the glass

 

 

Cucumber Mint Collins 

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Mint Syrup
Cucumber Sparkling Water
Lime and Cucumber

Steps:
1、Add gin, lime juice and mint syrup into shaker.
2、Add ice and shake.
3、Strain to glass.
4、Top with Cucumber Sparkling Water
5、Garnish with lime wheel and cucumber slices

 

 

Pink Lady — Dragonfruit Gin Sour

Ingredients:
Gin 50ml
Dragonfruit Puree 22ml (dragonfruit puree : sugar = 1:1, strained)
Lemon Juice 22ml
An Egg White

Steps:
1、Add gin, dragonfruit puree, egg white and lemon juice into shaker, dry shake.
2、Add ice and wet shake.
3、Strain to glass.

 

 

SHINE MUSCAT MOJITO

Ingredients:
White Rum (50 ml)
Lime (half a lime)
Shine Muscat Grape (almost eight)
Mint (about 8 to 10 leaves)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Soda Water
Ice

Steps:
1、Add lime, shine muscat grape and sugar into glass, Muddle them.
2、Pour rum into glass.
3、Add mint leaves.
4、Add ice cubes.
5、Top with soda water.
6、Garnish with mint and shine muscat bunch.

 

 

Dragonfruit Cocktail

Ingredients:
• 45 ml Gin
• 45 ml White Rum
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 22 ml Simple Syrup
• Dragonfruit Chunks
• Egg White

Steps:
1. Muddle dragonfruit chunks.
2. Add gin, rum, lime juice, syrup and ice into the shaker.
3. Shake for 30s.
4.Strain to glass
5. Garnish with dragonfruit.

 

 

Vodka Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:
☑️50ml Vodka
☑️15ml Simple Syrup
☑️Ice
☑️Mint Leaves
☑️Watermelon Puree
☑️Sprite

Steps:
1. Make watermelon puree: Blend fresh watermelon, orange and lemon chunks in a blender & put through a sieve.
2. Add vodka, syrup, ice, mint and the puree into glass.
3. Stir to mix.
4.Top with Sprite
5. Garnish with ingredients

Ingredients:

30ml White Rum
30ml Jamaican Rum
45ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Coconut Milk
7.5ml Lime Juice

Steps:
1. Combine ingredients into shaker.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain to glass.
5. Garnish with pineapple and the fronds.

Ingredients:

Gin (45ml)
Sugar Syrup (22 ml)
Mint Syrup (15 ml)
Lemon Juice (22 ml) (Added some orange juice for extra flavor)
Egg White
Soda

Steps:
1. Combine ingredients except soda into shaker.
2. Dry Shake.
3. Add ice and shake.
4. Strain to glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz Cognac
¾ oz Cointreau (or Dry Curaçao)
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Rich Cane Syrup

Steps:
1. Combine ingredients.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Fine-strain into a coupe.
4.Garnish with orange zest.

Ingredients:

2 Lychees 
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Cream of Coconut
1 oz Lime Juice

1.Pour all these ingredients into shaker tin, Muddle
2.Add ice, Shake for 30s

Ingredients:

  • Blue Curacao 45ml
  • Simple Syrup 15ml
  • Coconut Water
  • Cold Brew Coffee 50ml

1.Pour blue curacao and syrup into shaker, dry shake to mix

Ingredients:

1.Muddle 2~3 blueberries in shaker
2.Pour gin, syrup and lemon juice into shaker
3.Add ice and shake for 15s
4.Remove ice, add egg white and shake for 30s4.Remove ice, add egg white and shake for 30s
5.Double strain into glass
6.Top with raspberry liqueur
7.Garnish with blueberries

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry Wine 3/4 oz
  • Vodka 11/2 oz
  • Cointreau 3/4 oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice 11/2 oz
  • Grenadine Syrup 0.5 oz

Steps:
1.Pour ingredients above into shaker
2.Shake with ice for 30s
3.Strain into a glass

Ingredients:

  • Apple Juice 60ml
  • Mint Syrup 20ml
  • 1 Bottle of Sprite
  • Blue Curacao 20ml
  • Cointreau 20ml
  • Gin 20ml

Steps:

1.Add ice into glass

2.Pour apple juice and mint syrup into glass, Stir up

3.Pour in sprite to 80% full

4.Add blue curacao, cointreau and gin into shaker, Shake with ice for 30s

5. Strain into glass

6. Garnish

 

 

Maldives Sunse

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Gin
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 15ml Blue Curacao

Steps:
1.Shake with ice for 30s
2.Strain into a glass filled with ice
3.Top with 15ml Blue Curacao
4.Garnish with Orange&Lemon Peels(Or an Orange Slice)

 

 

Vodka Sunrise

Ingredients:

* 2 oz. Vodka
* 6 oz. Orange Juice 
* 1 1/2 oz. Grenadine Syrup

Steps:
1. Fill your glass with ice.
2. Add vodka.
3. Pour orange juice into glass.
4. Use a bar spoon to drain the grenadine for a layered effect.
5. Garnish with orange slice.

 

 

Cucumber Gin Gimlet

Ingredients:
✔️2 Ounces Gin
✔️4 Slices Cucumber
✔️¾ oOunce Fresh Lime Juice
✔️½~1 Ounce Simple Syrup(Adjust sweetness to personal preference).


Steps:
1. Make a long cucumber strip with a peeler, place into a glass, fill with ice cubes.
2. Add cucumber slices and syrup into shaker tin, muddle well.
3. Add gin and lime juice into shaker, fill with ice and shaker for 30s.
4. Strain into the glass.
5. Garnish with rosemary and lime wedge.

 

 

Bourbon Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce vermouth
  • 2 dashes bitters

 

  1. Add these to a mixing glass, and enough ice.
  2. Use a bar spoon to stir for about 30s.
  3. With a Hawthorne strainer to strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a brandied cherry, lemon twist or an orange peel if you like.

 

 

Cuba Libre

✅Ingredients:
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces rum
4 ounces cola/zero, to top

✅Steps:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
Squeeze in the juice from 1/4 of a lime to coat the ice well with the juices, drop in the spent peel.
2. Pour in the rum.
3. Top with chilled cola, then give a brief and gently stir.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

 

Strawberry Martini

1️⃣Muddle strawberries in base of your shaker tin;
2️⃣Add other ingredients below;
3️⃣Shake with ice for about 30s;
4️⃣Fine strain into a chilled martin glass.

✔️5 oz Ketel One Vodka

Pineapple Fizz

▪️12/3 fl oz Rum
▪️1 fl oz Pineapple juice
▪️2/3 fl oz Lime juice
▪️5/12 fl oz Sugar syrup
▪️Shaker above ingredients with ice for about 30s
▪️Strain in your ice-filled glass
▪️Pour 12/3 fl oz Soda Water
▪️Garnish with Pineapple and mint(or just pineapple leaf) on rim

 

 

Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
✅1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
✅1 tablespoon brown sugar
✅1 jigger Irish whiskey (1 1/2ounces or 3 tablespoons)
✅Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Steps:
✅Fill a mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty.
✅Pour hot coffee into glass until about 3/4 full.
✅Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
✅Add Irish whiskey.
✅Gently float the cream on the top and sprinkle the nutmeg over the cream.
✅Serve hot.
