• Not satisfied with the purchase. Product of new and unused condition can be returned for a full refund or a replacement within one year of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee in this case.

The guarantee excludes normal wear or tear, modifications, natural oxidation, poor maintenance, incorrect storage, false cleaning, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use and other external factors. Homestia will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Ship the return

Please take the time and well package the return. Be careful to include all small parts. Damages caused during shipping due to poor package may result the cost of repair which will be deducted from the refund.
