Standard Shipping
If standard shipping is selected, Homestia decides the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, which is based on destination country, order size and all other possibly influential factors. Estimated delivery time excludes custom clearance time which varies according to the country.
Express Shipping
Service of 5 business days or less express shipping is available in certain countries. The shipping fee is calculated according to destination country, order size and other potential factors.
Duties and taxes
International shipping may be subject to tariffs, duties, VAT (value added tax). These costs are not included in shipping charges and they are the responsibility of receivers.

If you refuse to pay for tariffs, duties or other costs of the package that has been received by custom, the package will be returned back. We will refund you the order after charging you for the shipping cost and other extra fees incurred.

The guarantee excludes normal wear or tear, modifications, natural oxidation, poor maintenance, incorrect storage, false cleaning, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use and other external factors. Homestia will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Ship the return
Please take the time and well package the return. Be careful to include all small parts. Damages caused during shipping due to poor package may result the cost of repair which will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be submitted back to your account after we received and checked the condition of the return products.
